There is NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on any of our specialty gifts section.  The digitizing takes a lot of time and effort.  You will receive an
email of the finished design for your approval before it is sewn.  The email will require you entering your name and giving us authorization
to proceed.  Once that is received at our end as well as payment the item will be sewn and shipped to you.
There will be NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on personalized items.  It is very important that you verify all spelling of names before you place
your order.
